It is easy! After you join as a monthly subscriber, all benefits are automatically taken into your account at checkout. You can also view the available benefits at any time. You can find your benefits by going to your own account and clicking ”foodora PRO membership”.

You can use the benefits when your order reaches the minimum order value of the restaurant or shop.

5. When and how can I unsubscribe from foodora PRO?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect on the next payment day. To cancel the subscription, go to "foodora PRO membership" in your account and select "I want to cancel my order". After canceling the subscription, your benefits can still be used until the end of the subscription period.

6. When will I be billed?

The subscription fee is charged to you either monthly, once every six months or annually, depending on which subscription plan you have subscribed to. On future payment days, the payment will always be charged automatically from the card you have connected as part of foodora PRO. The payment will be repeated until the order is cancelled.

7. Can I get a refund after signing up as a subscriber?

We do not issue refunds or refunds for subscriptions canceled before the end of the current subscription period.

8. Can I use other deals and offers in foodora while being a foodora PRO subsciber?

Yes! You can combine voucher codes and other offers (Note: no FLASHDEALS) with foodora PRO benefits, as long as the minimum order value is met.
